Who We Are
Hi, I'm Drew. At 15, a spinal cord injury left me a ventilator-dependent quadriplegic. Since that day, I have needed someone by my side around the clock, and I have been fully staffed at home ever since — through high school, through the University of Michigan, and every day since.
That's 16 years of being the client. I know what it feels like when care is done right: calm, respectful, on time, and in tune with how you want to live. I also know what it feels like when it isn't. I started Drew's Care Home Staffing Agency so more families can have the first experience.

Clear Private-Pay Pricing
CNA/HHA Care — $40/hour
Care should feel personal, and pricing should be clear. Our CNA/HHA care provides dependable support with personal care, companionship, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, errands, and everyday household needs. We are private pay only, and we’ll review scheduling, minimum hours, and care needs during your initial call.
LPN/RN Level Care — $58/hour
When your loved one needs a higher level of support, our LPN/RN care provides skilled nursing in the comfort of home. Services may include health monitoring, vital signs, care-plan follow-through, family communication, and support after a hospital stay or change in condition. Every case is reviewed first to ensure the requested care fits the appropriate nursing scope.
